S.N.I SA Equipements specializes in international trade, primarily exporting medical equipment to countries in Eastern Europe and Central Asia.

Additionally, the company has historically conducted export activity to CIS, consisting exclusively of medical and educational equipment.

We supply both private clients (clinics, hospitals) and institutional customers (universities, research centers).

The company also has proven expertise with public procurement procedures (calls for tender).

1.2 Regulatory Content

Given the international scope of its operations, S.N.I SA has implemented an export control and compliance program to comply with:

• Swiss Federal Council Ordinance RS 946.231.176.72;
• Regulation (EU) 2021/821 on the control of dual-use items;
• Regulation (EU) 833/2014 imposing restrictive measures ;
• U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR) (15 CFR §730–774);
• U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) (22 CFR §120–130).

S.N.I SA Equipements is subject to the sanctions regimes applicable to its business. We perform systematic export-control classification and sanctions screening to determine whether items are controlled, and whether the parties, end-uses or destinations trigger licensing requirements.

Our compliance program was reinforced on 31 December 2024 and updated on 18 July 2025 following the EU’s 18th sanctions package.
